NUMC Employee Events Build Morale

Laricchiuta and Gianelli receive their awards

EAST MEADOW- Nassau University Medical Center had their Annual Employee Recognition Barbecue outside the cafeteria, as well as their Annual Golf Outing at Eisenhower Park’s Red Course on September 17th. 

CSEA Local 830 President Jerry Laricchiuta was honored at the Golf Outing along with Nassau Health Care Corporation CEO Art Gianelli, for their great collective work in restoring NUMC back to strong financial status.  Over 100 people attended the golf outing, as well as the dinner that followed at the Carltun on the Park restaurant.

The Employee Recognition Barbecue was extremely well attended as always, as Laricchiuta, Gianelli, as well as many members of the CSEA and NUMC staff were behind the grill serving the employees.  With a DJ, dancing, cotton candy station, and much more, it was certainly a great time for all.
