NHCC Staff Participates in Annual Revlon Run
Nassau Health Care Corporation staff participated in the Saturday, May 3rd Revlon Run/Walk held in Manhattan. Volunteers and walkers gathered outside Nassau University Medical Center prior to getting on the bus to Times Square for the walkers, and Central Park for the volunteers.
For the past ten years, NUMC has been a beneficiary of the Entertainment Industry Foundation grant for the Breast Health Center at the hospital, last year's grant was $105,000. This substantial grant benefits uninsured and underinsured women using the services provided by the Breast Health Center. Thanks to our employees’ efforts NUMC will once again qualify for another substantial grant for our breast center. |
