**** PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT A RE-BALLOTING HAS BEEN ORDERED BY THE STATEWIDE ELECTION COMMITTEE AS A RESULT OF CERTAIN VIOLATIONS OF ELECTION PROCEDURES ****

POSITIONS TO BE RE-BALLOTED ARE LISTED BELOW:

PRESIDENT, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, 1ST VICE PRESIDENT, 2ND VICE PRESIDENT, SECRETARY, TREASURER 

BALLOTS WILL BE MAILED TO ALL ELIGIBLE MEMBERS ON AUGUST 9, 2021 AND NEEDS TO BE RETURNED BY 9AM September 1, 2021. THE COUNT WILL BE DONE ON September 1, 2021 AT 10AM.

**Voters with missing or damaged ballots will be directed to request replacements by calling our Duplicate Hotline 1- 800-529-5218 Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This number is to be utilized only for duplicate ballot requests.

Members may also make requests by e-mailing such requests to Sacha Ulerio at ulerios@adr.org. Voters are asked not to call prior to one week after ballots are mailed, to allow sufficient time for the delivery of all packets.
